It's July 25th, 2011 and I am in to the second year of owning a business....but absolutely not forgetting my other passion in life: music.

I've taken a bit of a break from posting so much on this website seeing as though Facebook and other sites are getting my two cents. I played at the Met in Providence last week and was a little discouraged at how few people came out to support any of the acts that night. There were some REALLY good musicians that played. I was so happy to see and hear such good music....but what a loss and what a waste when there aren't any ears there. Audiences in Providence are dwindling...they have been for a while and I'm starting to think that there's no hope for this music scene...but I soon will change my tune and my attitude because I have no intention on giving up my music. It keeps coming. The songs...the tunes...the hooks. I'll always keep writing and like I always say, who cares if you have a hit...you just need an audience. So, I'll wait and see what happens to this music scene in the next year. To those of you who are afraid to go to a live show in Providence...DON'T BE> There's some major talent out there and we need to support them. It's time to put Providence on the map.

It's been a busy year. I've made a huge change in my career (as a hairstylist) and decided to open a salon in Providence!!! It's called La La Luxe and we are doing so well. I started off on the right foot and it's been SO fun. All of that aside....I have a few shows coming up in the near future and we're already starting to book shows for the fall as well. The cd is taking a bit longer than expected, but we're almost there. Thanks to Keith at Machines with Magnets in Pawtucket, RI, this cd is going to be something worth listening too......and I don't usually toot my own horn. I'll keep you all posted. Check back here as much as possible because I will be updating it a lot as I get ready for the release of the EP and book more shows. I am in the process of waiting to have my EP mastered and it is the worst feeling. Hopefully I will be able to get some copies out to you all and stay tuned for more songs in the future, here on this site. Check out my "half-ass" CD release party. I say that because the damn thing isn't done....but you'll still be able to get a copy sans the case. See you all on Feb. 6th for this release event. Expect the unexpected by the way. Just to give you warning! ENJOY!~

I am proud to say that I have just finished working with one of the best (if not THE best) producer/arranger's ever......I teamed up with Sir Mason Neely with the last EP and the result is something that words can not even describe. It is a sound that combines the 1960's girl-group feel with a wall of sound and THERE YOU HAVE IT! The EP which hasn't been titled as of yet will be finished and released by Christmas.....Why Christmas you say?? Well, you probably should know that there is a Christmas song on there too! I'll keep you posted. Thank you Mason!!!!

Leah will be working with producer, Mason Neely in August of this year to work on her 3rd EP. New songs and a new approach.......fasten your seatbelt.

It's been a while, but we are finally coming to an end with this album! The final days are near.....and the cd should be out this fall. I have plans to work on another one in January which will be completely different (in a good way) from everything I have done. It's going to be fun! Join me this weekend at the Blackstone in Pawtucket for an acoustic show, other than that, I'll keep you posted. The summer is FLYING by!! Love all of you. Take care.

I have a few shows coming up in the area with some other great bands. The music will surely warm you up as it gets cold outside! Also, if you are the type who needs a lot of advance notice for my gigs, you're not going to get it! We tend to book the shows really last minute and that's why it's best to always look on the site and on my myspace page as frequently as possible. Plus, I'll keep you posted on the progress of the new cd which I'm still working on. Have a great thanksgiving and check back next week for more pic's too!

Hi everyone! Yes, the long awaited website is finally up and running. I hope you have fun playing around on this site for now. I'm going to continue to add new stuff every day! As for the latest news, I'm working with Ian Cariolo and Phil Cativo on some new material in a side project titled "January Party" No word on an album as of now, but we're working on it. As far as my music goes, I'm finishing up my album that I started at the end of last year. The last batch of studio dates are coming up in November which means I will hopefully be finished with everything by the end of the year. I'll keep you all posted on a release date. I have some really rough versions that you can listen to. Let me know what you think. The new touring schedule will be up soon! Thanks and have a great day!!!
